Prescription drop-off set

BURTON — The Burton Senior Center,3410 S. Grand Traverse, with Burton Police are hosting a prescription drug turn-in. The event is scheduled for May 10 from 9 a.m.- 3 p.m. Drop off your old and new prescriptions for proper disposal. This is for all prescription medications you want to get out of the house.

BURTON — Spring Clean Up week is scheduled for May 14-19. Any junk, inoperable cars and debris will be removed from your yard at no cost. Anything but hazardous waste, liquids, railroad ties, concrete and tires will be picked up.

Holy Rosary to hold 31st annual salad luncheon

GENESEE TWP. — Holy Rosary presents its 31st Annual Salad Luncheon — “Over the Rainbow” — May 11 at 11 a.m. in the Parish Hall (Doors will open at 10:30 a.m. for seating)

Car and Motorcycle Show at Baker College May 20

FLINT — Free Entry to Spectators, Car/Truck owners and Motorcyclists at Baker College Center for Transportation Technology, 1717 South Dort Highway, May 20. Show opens at 9 a.m. and ends at noon.

Free spectator parking at Perani Event Center, enter off Averil to parking lot. All show participants enter off Lapeer Road entrance. Handicap and vendor parking (trailers) will be allowed to park on the show property, but only allowed in off Lapeer Road behind new Welding Lab. Shuttles will be running every 15- 20 minutes to & from Perani Event Center for spectators and vendors who may park at Perani.
